We are satisfied with the Infant Care at Sunshine Hearts Preschool. The management team and teachers are caring, responsive, and professional. Whenever there are any matters or concerns, they will inform parents promptly and handle them quickly. Both of our children, Ada and Eden, have attended the Infant Care here. Other than Ada previously falling sick quite often when she was younger, our overall experience has been very positive. The teachers are very professional and attentive, and we can see good growth and development in both of our children in many aspects. Especially for our son Eden, who is currently 8 months old, he is already able to hold onto objects and pull himself up to stand. We are also happy with the learning activities and developmental support provided by the school.

I would like to thank the school for being such an amazing and supportive school. As a mother, both my daughter and I had a lot of separation anxiety when she first started school. This was actually the second school I enrolled her in, because her first school experience was very difficult for her. She struggled to cope without proper guidance, cried often about going to school, and ended up staying home for almost half the year. That was when I decided to transfer her to Smiling Star. Her first year here was still challenging for me because she could only stay for half day sessions. I tried many ways to encourage her to attend full day, but it did not work immediately. However, from not wanting to attend school at all, she slowly began staying for half days, which was already a big improvement. During her K1 & K2 journey, Teacher Vanita played a very important role in motivating not only my daughter, but me as well. With patience, encouragement, advice, and constant support from the teachers, we slowly managed to help Ziyana adapt to school life. Today, I am so thankful to say that my daughter is now very well adapted to school. She happily stays for full day sessions, and sometimes even argues with me if I forget to wake her up for school! I used to worry so much about how she would adapt and whether she would be able to cope in primary school, but now I can proudly say she has improved so much. I truly believe that when we send our children to school, what matters most is how the teachers understand and handle them. The care, patience, and dedication shown by the teachers here made all the difference in my daughter’s journey. Thank you once again to all the teachers and staff for your kindness and support.

Our experience with Sunshine Hearts Preschool has been wonderful, and we are so thankful for the caring teachers and supportive environment they have created for Knox. Since joining the school, we have seen so much growth in him in such a short time. Knox has become more social, confident, and independent. His communication skills have improved greatly, and he is always excited to tell us about his day, the songs he learned, and the activities he did with his classmates. We have also noticed how much his curiosity and love for learning have grown through the fun and engaging lessons the school provides. What we appreciate most is how patient, loving, and attentive the teachers are with each child.
